If you cannot access the private member's area, follow these simple steps.

Please note that your username is your email address.

1. Click on the login button.
2. Ensure that the username and password fields are completely clear.
3. Click on the 'Forgot your Password' Link.
4. On the next page, enter your email address and click 'submit'.
5. You should receive an email. Follow the easy steps to reset your password.
6. Existing members logging in for the first time, if the above steps do not work, start again and try your partner's email address
