FIRST IMPRESSIONS OF A NEW MEMBER

We were persuaded to join the RCA by a member who is clearly delighted to join you all for your meetings.  He was indeed correct in his assumption that we would also enjoy your RCA rallies.   Our first rally with you all, at York was one of the best we have ever had the pleasure to join.  Your members are helpful, and friendly and I felt I had to write to express our thanks for a truly great week..  We were made to feel welcome at every stage, could join in the fun, or not, as the case may be.  We met a lot of people who we hope will become friends as we will certainly be looking on your very well-informed website to see when the next rally will appeal to us. (I see you have already started 2025 rallies)

Thank you all once again and although we know a lot of work goes on behind the scenes and its all voluntary, please keep up the good work, its very much appreciated.

Kind regards

Thank you for your friendship

Extracts from a letter received from Brian and Marie Spencer wishing to be remembered to all their friends having recently sold their caravan

Marie and I have been Rally Officers and it is a great feeling seeing people enjoying themselves. We made special friends with five couples from different parts of the country and have been close friends for 25 years. We had Christmas at a Blackpool hotel, went on a cruise together, and a holiday to Benidorm........All because we joined the RCA.

Thank you for your friendship to everyone we have met and have a safe tow wherever you go.

Always made to feel very welcome

I am always made to feel very welcome as I arrive at a rally.

Would never have continued caravanning

My wife and I would never have continued caravanning so long if it hadn't been for the RCA.

A greater social life

Since joining the RCA we have a greater social life than if we stayed at home, long may it continue.

Dave from Dorset
Keep up the good work RCA

Since joining the RCA we have made so many friends which we keep in touch with and some we organise our diary so that we can rally together. Keep up the good work RCA.

Tony & Madge. Yorkshire
We are very impressed with the website

RCA seems to be striding into the technological age with a vengeance.

In answer to average price of rallies enquiry

Whatever you pay it will work out to be excellent value. We are relatively new members (2 years) but have been on some brilliant rallies with friendly people, fun times and socials.

Report taken from our Facebook group

Being with the RCA on a rally field with electrics for 12 nights, you'll be lucky to get 3 nights in a hotel for that plus you have the equivalent of being on a friendly holiday camp with free entertainment holidaying in your own accommodation. We've never looked back since joining 3 years ago as we have met some really nice people since being in the club.

We were made to feel very welcome

We also are newbies this year and have been on 2 rallies from area 5. Had a great time on both of them really friendly like minded people. Wondered if we might feel like outcasts as we were on our own but not at all, we were made to feel very welcome. Can't wait for next year's rally book.
